The Fort Worth Chapter of Credit Union has dedicated the credit union philosophy of people helping people. You’ll see this philosophy in action with our community service events and volunteer opportunities.

2018 4th Quarter Community Service Projects

We’re closing out the 4th Quarter in a big way with our ongoing service projects. The objective is to once again, give back in the cooperative spirit and address development issues within our communities.

For the months of October and November, the Development Issue and focus is on Housing. During this time, the Chapter will partner with the Presbyterian Night Shelter to collect toiletry items. Suggested items include sunscreen, lip balm, and baby wipes. Donations of new socks, blankets, and gently used coats and jackets are also welcomed.

For November and December, the Development Issue and focus will be on Hunger. The Chapter will partner with the Presbyterian Night Shelter to provide peanut butter and syrup sandwiches on Wednesday, December 12. Contact Melissa Burleson at to arrange pickup.

For more details on these endeavors, and for a schedule of future activities, please contact Melissa Burleson at
