Foundation Cake Auction

Location: Billy Bob’s 81 Club

Topic: Elder Abuse training and Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation Cake Auction

Whether they be our members, parents, or relatives, elder financial exploitation affects all of us at some point in our lives. If one in ten elders are suspected victims of some type of elder abuse, based on these statistics, some of our credit union members are at risk.  Learn the prevalent types of elder abuse reported cases in Texas and how to assist your members if you suspect that they are a potential victim.  Coming into our credit unions maybe the only outside contact that your elder member may have.  We are all targets as we grow older, know the signs and how to protect from financial exploitation.
