Training Topic: Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is the learned ability to identify, experience, and understand and express human emotions in healthy and productive ways. Using EI allows you to learn the skills needed to detect emotions in others – to become more aware of yourself and your emotions; to become more aware of the situations you find yourself in and how to handle the emotions around you, allowing you to communicate more effectively and work more effectively with others.
